Ok, I have had one installed on my truck for 16,000 miles.
mph gain : maybe 1 or 2 (THATS IT )
What I see that is a very big improvement is my oil doesn't not get dirty, i had it sent out to one of our foundry's for analysis, at 5,000 miles on used oil i had 59% oil life left, we have also removed the head to inspect, we found that it burns cleaner, not a lot of soot or carbon build up, so I will say that if you install one of these system, it will help with the oil changes and burns cleaner.
so if you can get better milage than me, then great, but I didnt see it.
