What are you using for hose for this set up. I am thinking of making my own, I have the tank and will go with a trans cooler to heat the oil but will regular fuel line work in this?
I also can get some plastic tubing that we use to run acid through at work (it would be new) we run it at 130C would this handle the temp?
Where are you going to find heat shrink that big?
They have it at McMaster Carr supply it costs about 1.00 a foot but I may use poly tubing for the heater hose instead that would be 1/2" and 1/4" for the fuel line

I had a concern about that I was going to check the specs on it i thought I saw some that was good to 225 but i am not sure if it is poly or pex I will go and do some research on hose before I do it.I may just have to use regular heater hose.

The plastic stuff we have runs at 130C constant. So that converts to 266F. Should be ok? It is not completely clear and has some teflon in it. I guess I will have to watch it close?
I'm interested in that for my company use in industrial cleaning. My local suppliers can't get me over 130 degrees F. Could you send me by PM the name of your distributor so I can find out more? Interesting.
Thanks...

My brother inlaw has been running his Jetta on WVO for 10,000 miles now.He used one inch hose with the opac white poly type tubing inside to run the oil thru.On each end He has a tee the poly runs straight out thru a compression fitting to seal it Out of the branch the water is routed to the engine and to the tank .The tank has a oil cooler for a heat exchanger. He used the style with inverted flare fittings and used steel tubbing to connect to the exchanger and out of the tank to the coolant lines.I am leary of using rubber hose on my truck due to the length.I was thiking to use the poly tubbing and run it inside of some sealtite flexable conduit. It would protect it and hold all the tubes together.I was thinking of using 1/2 inch lines but not sure if that would be enough for the water.

Hey 350 Long, can you get some picks of the hose-in-hose fittings? Or perhaps a link? I'm going to augment the kit I have on the way and HIH is what I want to do. Thanks

you just use standard mptxcompression fittings you my have to drill out a little bit thru the mpt side.So the poly comes out of the rubber hose thru the tee and thru the compression fitting and on to tank or filter or what ever is next in your setup.

UPDATE I was wrong on the type of tubbing it is not poly it is teflon
