how do i make my 6.9 into a veggie burner

what will i have to do to make my 86 f 350 into a veggie burner its got a 6.9 in it i never really looked into doing it befor but diesel just got up to $4.09 and now i really want to convert to veggie so what will i need to do to my truck will i need up grades and other things i dont really know any thing about this some one please help me out
