Yes. The recommended storage life for bio is 6 months, exactly the same as dino.
If your bio has been kept reasonably cool and in the dark... which I presume your fuel tank is... it should still be OK. And, if you are 50% dino, you probably already have some additives in there as most refiners use an additive package in their fuel.
