New ASTM biodiesel specs

...may answer the concerns from engine manfacturers on blends higher than 5%. Recommendations higher than 5% have been reported being held up due to a lack of ASTM specs.

I would think testing would be done during production of the product and monitored throughout. Isn't that how any fuel specs are accomplished?
