is this a ok system for a beginner?

http://www.utahbiodieselsupply.com/b...p#processorkit

Its the 3rd one down "Biodiesel Processing System"

It says "The system has clear assembly instructions loaded with pictures and is easy to build with just a few tools. It has everything you need but the water heater and 55 gallon drums."

Does that mean i have to buy the water tank or is there just like a water heater coil that you have to buy?

Re: is this a ok system for a beginner?

The owner of utahbiodieselsupply is a nice guy named Graydon. He's been active in the biodiesel forums on the net for quite a while. I find him to be a nice guy who knows his stuff. His prices are good, too.

Buy it from Graydon, save yourself a couple thousand over some of these cone-bottom poly tank kits and support a fellow greaser (Graydon) in the process.

That's good to know. It's a lot more affordable.

If I am looking at the right one, you get whats in the two BOTTOM photos.
Nothing worng with that set up but I prefer hard pipe as apposed to clear tubing.
50 gallon ho****er heater can be had fro mhome supply for under 200 bucks. Electric of course. 50 gal HWH = about 30-35 gal. batches.
