well just got off the phone with the state.
not too bad, they are really trying to accomidate us.
Right now there are NO registered Biodiesel producers in NE, commercial home or otherwise.
After I go through the process I will try and post it step by step.
Some thigns to rememeber...
Once you get lic. you must file every three (quarterly) months even if you make no fuel. If you do not, the fines add up fast, 50 bucks 1 to 10 days late then it goes to a 150 fine past 10 days.
Also, if you use the fuel off road, you still have to pay the tax and then submit for a refund.
You MUST file on line, however, you can make the payments either by CC or sending in a check.
Oh the state rate is 26.1 cents per gal. Also fuel used in heating is another ballgame and gets into sales tax.... will persue that after we get the fuel tax thing worked out.

Taxes, it is not what you make, but what you KEEP. Stay under the radar and forget the registration and paying the taxes. No way to track how much you make or use. Pork the oil companies and the state, both want way too much of MY money.
I can not say I disagree with you, but for my situation, which I can not spell out on this forum, I had to come "clean"!
