Anyone willing to share there bio diesel processor plans? I would like to make my own with a water wash system. I am trying to make my own but not sure where to start and everything i need. I am tying to save money by making my own. I can get as many 55 gallon drums as i need to build a processor and store bio. I have about 200 gallons of WVO now and get about 50 to 60 gallons a week. I have attached pics of my WVO collection trailer,
Thanks for any help.

I use a closed top 55 drum upside down, built a stand out of steel, just tall enough for a turkey fryer burner to fit under the drum, pluged the 3/4" hole, used the 2" hole for out to pump, cut the middle out of the bottom (now top), got a lid and lock ring from an open top drum, cut 2 holes, 1 for return from pump, 1 vent. I process 40 gal oil 8 gal methox. I also wash and dry in the same drum.
I will try to get some pics. and post them

Here is a bad pic I'll try to get another tonight. I am going to replace the plastic return line with black pipe. the inlet to pump is 1" . the return is going to be 18"s of 1" and the rest 3/4"
It takes about 1.25 hrs. to heat the oil .5-.75 hrs to mix in the methox, the I let it settle usually 18-24 hrs wash w/ water 5-7 gal. 4 times then bubble dry for at least 24 hrs.
