Sending unit problem?
I have been running wvo for 6k miles and the last 2 tanks showed excessive fuel use for the first 1/4 tank. I ran the second tank until nearly half and then put ten gallons in and it showed just above the full mark. The x has a 44 gallon stock tank for my WVO. Is this signs of the fuel sending unit going bad? I also noticed when I am filling the tank and I am above 3/4 the gauge will quickly rise to full and then back down again over and over. Anyone else with an X using their stock tank having this problem. Its not a crisis just something new for me to try and figure out.
