Suitable final WVO filter ? 690RP2430 - spin-on ? 500FG - cartridge?

I am looking at the Racor line of fuel filters (which can use 2 micron media) for running WVO in my 1994 F250 IDI . The 690RP2430 is a spin on type . The FG (500FG, 900FG,1000FG series , you replace the inner filter and supposedly the go on the suctuion side of the lift pump to get the best turbine effect ( according to the seller of these) . Which of these works best for my vehicle and also is the best value (enough capacity mcost of media etc .

BTW , I set up coolant (and maybe a thermosatatically controlled heater for any on I choose .)

Thanks

I would choose the type(spin on or cartridge) depending on the mounting location. If it is under the truck, I would use a spin on for ease of changing the filter. As far as which one of these to use, I have no expirience with either one. If they both filter the same, then I would think that you just need to choose the style that best fits where you want to put it.
