As long as your 95 still has the original 95 waterpump you should be able to get a 203º from Ford, IH, or any of the other parts places. Napa, Checker, Pepboys etc. It wasnt till the 96 models that Ford changed the waterpump design to one that uses a different "long neck" thermostat that is available only from Bob Riley at Dieselsite.
THIS is the thermostat you are looking for, that thermostat will only work if the water pump on his 95psd has been replaced with a waterpump for a 96 or later. use it with THIS housing. that housing is for a 99 and later superduty and will not work on a 95
Good luck.
On edit: I hope you don't expect to have changes in the temps for your veggie oil, that is NOT what that thermostat is there for. So you dont think that raising the temperature of the water that heats the wvo will raise the temp of the wvo?

The original poster did not mention a heat exchanger.

Take a look at THIS picture from JOAT's webshots, it will help you to determine if you need the long or short thermostat. Your truck originally had the short neck version that is available just about everywhere. The early and late pumps are interchangable so it is possible thay you have the newer style that takes the long neck thermostat that you can only get from dieselsite.
thanks to all of you i am not running vege i am running bio but in colo it is cold right now an i just wanted more heat in the cab thanks for the info i am going change the tstat i found one at the parts store today
I installed the 203º thermostat from dieselsite.com. It did increase my temp when weather is warm enough which is great. However, I have a tough time keeping my engine hot in cold weather. Unless I’m pulling a load the engine rarely reaches full temp when outside temp is below 25º or so. Was thinking about doing like I’ve seen truckers do and partially cover the radiator with canvas to restrict airflow. Anyone done this? Anything I should know?

Remember, we aren't eating this stuff, we're turning it into diesel fuel. Your truck only cares about viscosity, acidity, and BTUs. Nothing else. -unknown?

NC State law defines biodiesel as ''any fuel or mixture of fuels derived in whole or in part from agricultural products or animal fats or wastes from these products or fats.''
Huh? If the whole subject is based on thermostat only, then it should be discussed in other forum, not in this bio-diesel and alternative fuels part. Seem that it is off the topic.
