Transmission cooler in radiator

I am converting from auto to manual and was wondering about the tranie cooler,in the radiator to heat fuel/wvo before filter after pickup pump. I was thinking it would get about 160 deg and help to keep radiator cooler. Has anyone done this; and with the extra capacity will the lift pump keep up? Re: Transmission cooler in radiator

Good question. I think my t-stat is a 205F if I remember right. Plenty of heat. Give it a try, take or install temp of vegy or test oil after trans cooler and post back.
