Vegistroke system for a 1997 Ford F 250

Hi I'm looking into buying a 97 F 250 ( i love the body style) and of course a DFA Vegistroke kit. I was wondering if they where harder to convert to WVO than the second generation with the DFA system? I have heard rumors that the first generation is a real bear to convert.

Not hard at all, did mine myself on a weekend. Jason is great on the support end if you have a problem he knows his stuff. I could also answer a few questions if you need help.

I agree with Longstroke. There is a little more that you have to do with the OBS trucks, modifying the stock fuel system, but it isn't a big deal.

Yeah the messy part of the job was cutting the stock fuel line to install the electric pump and return :; you need to have something ready to close the line off or your gonna get diesel everywhere.
