weight and viscosity difference between B100 and #2 Diesel

Anyone know the weight difference between B100 & #2 diesel. What about viscosity.

By 'weight' do you mean specific gravity?

The specific gravity of biodiesel should be between 0.860 and 0.900, usually 0.880.

The specific gravity of vegetable oil is 0.920 therefore the specific gravity of biodiesel should be lower than the vegetable oil used to make the biodiesel.

Now, remember, that RME stands for Rapeseed Methyl Ester and REE is Rapeseed Ethyl Ester, these are made from canola or as it's know in Europe, rapeseed.

The viscosity is going to be measured in centistokes (CS). This unit of viscosity is also used for all motoroils and hydraulic oils.
