Where to get WMO???

I am in the process of making a filtration system and almost complete, just waiting on the pump to arrive. Does any have good advice on accumulating the Waste oil? What is the best way to get this stuff? Can I expect to get it for free or at a price? I would prefer for free of course. I'm getting two 250 gal hold tanks and 55 gal drums for mixing. So I will be able to get a lot. I contacted some local shops and no luck for free, only found a guy on craigslist who will unload 50 gals to me. I want to get a bunch of this stuff, so what methods have you all used to get the oil? Thanks!

I'll tell you my secrets but stay away from my supply!!

The company i work for gets rid of a LOT of hydrolic oil. I pick through the cleanest before they dump it.

I also started to give all my friends 5 gallon buckets and whenever they fill them up i go get them and dump them into my drums.

"Shade tree" mechanics are a good source too. They end up with a lot of it with no easy way to get it out. I gave my mechanic a clean drum and every now and then i go empty it for him. He knows to only dump WMO or WATF in it.
