WVO info

Hay all,
I am interested in converting my truck to run on WVO. Since I live on a tropical island where the temp never is below 80 and has more asian food restaurants than fast food places I think I have almost ideal conditions.

How is the WVO plumbed into the stock fuel system? I am not interested inspending tons of money to Greasel or some other conversion as this looks pretty straight forward setup. In the future I will be back to colder climates so system flexibility needs to be built in.

Any recomendations on equipment for collecting oil and filters?

Re: WVO info

go take a look at http://biodiesel.infopop.cc there's a set of 'FAQ' threads in the SVO forum that might help you with your beginning stages.

as for plumbing, just be aware that there are many, many options, so you may not get one single definitive answer on that.

Search fordnut74, cpuneck and my posts for the vegistroke version, though with your current conditions I would think you could fairly much filter, cut with some diesel and go. Depends on how much driving you are doing in your remaining time there.
