WVO Scum Cleaner ???

Ok.... I've got a few oil sources secured, oil is coming in. Yea !!! I'm trying to keep the drum lids clean and all for the restaurants. What in the world will clean this wvo scum off ? What are others using ?

Try pouring hot oil on the lid and let it soften the hard oil then with a paint scraper it should scrape clean. Biodiesel will soften WVO with some elbow grease. Simple Green for the final wipe down.
