03 6.0 350 hard to start and runs rough

It's very hard to start in the mornings and even warm runs rough till asbout 3000 then clears up and rides out. But at a light you thinks going to stall and every once inawhile it does but starts back up. no off the line power a KIA can beat me though intersection. and the water in fuel is on.

i would sya drain the fuel bowl and change the fuel filter immediatly or as soon as possible. theres a chance you might have water in your fuel, not neccesarily(spelling) from the tanker truck but maybe from the tank in the ground, might have ground water in it

How long has it been doing this? Since you changed the filters? If it's a new thing since the filter swap, then you might not have got the caps on the filters right. Or you might have got a very bad batch of fuel since the swap.
