03' 6.0l holdin back help please

hey guys as titled i need help asap... I noticed today my truck fills like its holding back, fills like i have the low power but once up at 55 mph and if i punch it the motor revs up but nothing really happens. im thinking it the vains in the turbo not responding... its an 03' psd, auto, 4x4

I would have your FICM checked.. I had thesame issue and thought it was the turbo but it turned out it was the FICM. DO you notice any amount of black smoke out the exhaust? Mine was letting out a little black smoke and it normally doesn't..
