I have an 04 F-250 with the 6.0, It's having a hard time firing up in the mornings, any suggestions why ?

Can you better describe...hard time firing up in mornings? I assume it finally starts..then does it run ok & accel is ok or not ok?

I had a bit of a hard time starting my truck up in the snow until I had the latest flash done. It would miss pretty bad. All is well now.

You might try changing your oil to a synthetic to help things.

If your on the original batteries there probably shot. Try jump starting it to prove the problem.

Check you glow plug. I had a friend with the same problem. He took it to a dealership, and they told him they had to change the injectors, I told him to check the G.P. first but he let them do it anyway, but they only changed out 4 (I dont know why). After they got done he still had the same problem, but by now it was warmer weather, so he let it go til winter. When the colder weather came back, so did the problem, so he took it somewhere else to have the other 4 injectors changed out and expecting about 2 grand in work. But when he went to pick it up, it was only 150 bucks or so for the Glow plug.
