04 F-250 6.0L Not Firing

Ive got a guys 04 6.0 in my shed trying to see if we can find and issue before he has to head back home 365miles wednseday.

so far we know

Not 1 Passenger side injector is firing

has cylinder 8 contribution code had a 3 but it disapeared

so far

tested continuity from ficm plugs to injectors if pass side is 5,6,7,8 then 5-7 all passed but 2 of the prongs on number 8 had no continuity with either plug for the FICM as i beleive the 3rd plug is just power and pcm control?

found mouse nest under turbo but didnt look like they got into the wiring as far as we could see.

now running we unplugged each injector on the passenger side 1 by 1 and no change in rough idle.

watched exhaust with ir gun pass side never above 150 drivers 350+

turbo spools like crazy when driving but no power.

question is what could be the cause?

as far as i can tell from what my buddy who brought me the truck told me i beleive he was just driving down the road and blammy lost all power and running rough as hell

when plugging ficm back in it almost sounded like the poppet valves on pass side buzzed but drivers did not

or try unplugging the ICP on the passenger side valve cover see if it runs. Does your scanner read the hpop pressure?

If you have ever seen how little wire chafing it takes to shut down a cylinder (the size of a pinhole) if you have a mouse nest I think you have your answer.
