'05 power

All -

I traded in my '03 for an '05. I love the ride of the new truck but it just doesn't seem to have the guts that my '03 did. Someone in another post commented on how fast his truck would accelerate until it hit the speed limiter. My '03 did this as well, but the '05 seems slower. It just doesn't seem to have the power all the way up, like the '03 did.

Does anyone know of simple tuning tricks I can do to get the old "push you back in the seat" power back? I miss that feeling. I'm thinking about exhaust, but don't really want to chip it because of warranty worries.
