ICP is at the very rear, in the middle, at the top. It can be gotten from underneath (you'll have to remove the heat shield between the y pipe) or it can be gotten from the top (FICM has to come out). Neither way is real easy. Don't confuse it with the IPR which is mounted real close to it.
