2004 6.0 Engine Core, Whatzit Worth?

I've got a 2004 6.0 out of an F350 with 42000km, It got a little hot and has low compression in 3 cylinders, and slight scuffing in all cylinders. Heads are off. Anyone have an Idea what its worth as a core? Just want a rough estimate before I talk to the local rebuild shops.
Thanks in Advance!

Honestly from experience I would keep that motor as a parts motor. There are still alot of good parts that you can use down the road.

Re: 2004 6.0 Engine Core, Whatzit Worth?

Well I would keep it, but the truck is about to be sold, I took all the sensors etc out of the motor to give to the new owner as spares. Just tryin to clean up the shop a bit. Although a 6.0 sittin on the engine stand is sure a good conversation starter and GM salesman's dream lol!
