2004 6.0L F350 Blowing Radiators-Overflowing

Please help. We are at our wits end. After too many additional dollars of auto repair, our truck is still building up enough pressure to blow radiators (1st one blew the cap off of the bottom, 2nd one blew the top). Truck is quickly overheating and coolant is blowing out. Engine heats up quickly even without a load of any kind at a regular slow driving speed. So far, these are the steps we've taken. Head gaskets have been replaced, head has been pressurized with no leaks, new oil cooler, new thermostat, ARP studs have been installed, EGR ok, fans run, truck only has 140K miles. It is a 4x4. A/C blows good and cold. We are open to any and ALL suggestions. Thank you for your help.

Heads could be cracked and leaking when hot.

oops - I see now that you pressure checked the heads.

has egr cooler been replaced??? There is a tsb for complete cooling system diag. If head gaskets have been replaced and concern is still present, cooling system should be vacuum tested, if it does not hold vacuum, remove intake and pressure test egr cooler. Egr cooler is about the only thing left to cause excessive cooling system pressures...and SHOULD have been the first thing checked before head gaskets.

Is the coolant black or dark brown?
