Recently bought another 6.0 that needed radiator, ac condenser and two new batteries because they where shot. After putting the truck back together I have power to the fuel pump, injectors and starter, all lights and everything work but truck won't even begin to turn over. Relays all seem to be good, my scan tool says to replace ICP sensor but I didnt think that would prevent my truck from starting
An electrical short in an ICP can cause a no-start, but the easy check is to unplug it and then try starting. If it still doesn't start, then you have something else wrong.
Post up the cranking ICP pressure, ICP volts, and the IPR duty cycle and we can begin to help troubleshoot if the ICP disconnect doesn't work.
Also, you need to post if it is an early or late 04.
