2005 truck won't start

I have a 2005 F250 Diesel that won't start when turned off .If I wait it out it will usually start in 20-30 minutes.Any ideas?I brought the my truck to one dealer and they said its an o ring somewhere and he thinks its the oil compression.Next he tells me he doesn't have time he will get to it in a day or two.I even made an appointmemt at that time they told me they would see it in the morning and brought my truck in the day before,Well needless to say I picked it up and drove it to a more dependable dealer.

My 2005 had a no start when warm condition when the HPOP fitting failed. It also had no start at any temp when an injector seal failed. Both fixed under warranty.

Man this seems like a really common failure! It would seem to me that because of how many trucks affected by this, there should be a recall or something. Or at least out of warranty trucks, with a future failure should be covered, IMHO.
