2006 Ford 6.0L Steam from exhaust & oil cap

Hello guys, i just bought another truck and it just came in. Truck has following issue. It had no coolant when it came in. So we put some coolant in (Almost 2 galons and a half). After that we started it... and saw steam coming out of the exhaust (white steam). Also, when we open the oil cap i can see steam coming out of the oil cap.

I know its not blow by, because its coming out like steam...

I am sure I have issue with EGR Cooler but would it cause steam from the oil cap too?

Maybe u already did?...pull egr v. & look down inside for water. May even need to raise rear end up abit to verify. If so, cooler blew (loss of c/steam out t.p.) If o/c blows, that will allow oil to enter cooling system. It will eventually show up in degas tank.
