2006 Ford F250 6.0 Power Steering/Brakes Whining

I have a 06 F250 with about 170k miles. It has the 6.0 and I am having problems with the power steering or brakes not real sure. The truck is very hard to turn while stopped but when the truck is rolling it will turn fine. Also when I press the brakes or stopped and press in the brakes the truck whines. The truck will also whine a little when I start driving from a complete stop. I am not real sure if it is the power steering or brake booster. I both fluids everyday just to make sure neither are leaking. No leaks and the right amount is in each. Any tips to fix this problem?

Do you know when the last time both fluids were flushed?

Not real sure about that. I know that the PS fluid is stirring while the truck is cranked
