Well, I am going to find out for myself. Tonight I am going to pick up my new 6.0 F250 CC XLT 4x4. Awesome truck on the test drive. Hopefully no problems and I can drive the heck out of it for a long time.

Thanks for all the advice. Got to go and get to the dealer.

Mine's not bad.

I have a 2003 f350 with 114,000 miles on it. I have put 6 tires and brakes on this truck. I change the oil and filters regularly and have had only 1 problem, this was a bad injector. Ford replaced it for me. I paid 35,500 for this truck, its a crew cab doolie Lariat loaded with leather and all. If I new I would like this truck this much I would have Gladly paid more. P.S. This truck had 4,000 miles on it when I bought it.

You guys are talking about the new engine - honestly - with the issues involving the current version - how much faith will you have on a new model???? I mean I have never wanted to be the new guy with a new vehicle - I mean 1st year or two out of the box with NEW TECHNOLOGY...... seems like FORD has some fences to mend....

So far I have 1300 miles on the new truck. Love it and do not seem to have any problems. The motor really seams to change its noise level dependent on the outside temp. Alot more than my 7.3's. Hopefully it will keep working good.
