6.0 engine knock please help

So I had 400 miles left on my trip yesterday and noticed at 70 MPH the engine was a little louder than normal, every time I engaged the turbo engine sound was normal till about 6 psi when sound returned. At idle there is a knock in the engine when I rev the engine noise goes completely away, oil pressure is fine, engine temp is fine truck runs fine except the knocking. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Tough one! Lifter? Rod bearing, sometimes they have a sweet spot where the noise goes away during acceleration.
Pull dipstick & check for metalics in the oil, you should see brass flecks if its a bearing going.
Whats the frequency of the knock?

Is it smoking excessively? May have injector causing a knock.

Well ford mech seems to think its the flex plate - He removed the rubber plug on the tranny bell housing and the noise got a lot louder
