6.0 hard starting, wont rev above 500rpm
I'm new to this forum and searched for an answer for this problem but could not find anything. the problem is on a 04 6.0. It is very hard to start and when it does it will not rev over 500 rpm max. there is also no reponse from the throttle at all. I put a scanner on it and the injector oil pressure reads 580-595 when it fires up, but never above 600. I know it needs 500-550 to fire the injectors. The injectors and head gaskets were just done by the previous owner. any ideas on what would cause this problem. thanks
