Angry 6.0 Problems!!!

I recenty pulled my EGR valve and cleaned it. The EGR wasn't that coked up at all. I cleaned it and put it back in it's place. I started the truck a large blackish white cloud rolls out of my tail pipe. I let it warm up and I drove the truck a few miles. Now when I step on the go pedal, I barely wants to move but the engine is screaming at 3500rpm. It dosn't happen all the time. And their is no smoke what so ever coming out of the tail pipe. When im at about 50 and punch it, It moves ok but it dosen't like going over 3k (struggles) Their is just no azz in the engine. But for normal driving it dose just fine, No hiccups jerks or nothing. Last night I unplugged the EGR valve and no CEL came on and it ran even worse (1 mile test drive) It didn't even want to shift.

The fuel filters have 5k on them

I did put a whole bottle of Diesel Kleen Cetane booster in a full tank (white bottle) Could this be the problem?

Sounds like the EGR valve is stuck open. Does it build up any boost? What did you clean it with?

Well I cleaned it with throttle body cleaner.

I don't have a boost gauge...But I can feel it spool up.
