6.0 stops and won't start again when hot

I've got a 6.0 2005 (F250) that did not want to start at all at first, no matter if it was hot or cold. I checked the ICP pressure, and it was only 400Kpa when cranking. I replaced the HPOP, IPR and ICP sensor, and now it's starting again, however, when it's getting really hot (after 20-30 mins of driving) the engine dies when the rpm goes towards idle. The only way of starting it again is to let it cool down.

I've monitored the ICP pressure when trying to start the engine (when hot), and i'm not getting above 1.5Mpa (ICP-DES = 4.5Mpa = no start).

I've installed brand new hpop and ipr, but perhaps one of them is bad - however, wich one? heeeelp

I am not sure if your truck has the bad STC fitting. But that could be the issue. I am sure someone else will chime in.

Yea, sct too bad what a pain. I suspect most 05s will have this problem.

isn't the STC fitting included with the HPOP?

The stc = HM5 in the picture, right?

Yea that is it, take it back to the dealer and let them deal with it. If they replaced the pump and not a new sct and the support bracket then it is on them. If that is what it is...

well, we replaced the pump, and the pump looked exactly as the one above, with a new STC fitting i presume, right? Any more guesses?

My guess would be a High Pressure Oil issue. Have you checked all the o-rings, standpipes.... etc?
