6.0l problem after problem

Had the EGR replaced, crank sensor replaced and recalibrated, front bearings 3 sets, broken parts in the fuel system and now a high pressure oil pump. 3rd set of batteries, new alternator and still the same problem. The Ford dealer has no idea because the computer reads fine. If I leave it for 2 days it will crank until the battery dies. If it is cold and within one day it will eventually catch and rough start.
I see a lot of people mentioning hg - dumb question but what is hg?
The most likely culprits now I am thinking are the FICM, which I do not believe they checked. If it isnt that I am thinking injectors. I have jump started my truck so many times it fills the screen when they scan it. It seems to be getting a lot of draw when the key is out to wear down the batteries. When it is warm it starts ok. -20 and it shudders and shakes until it idles normally. The cold weather definately causes it to crank for an unhealthy amount of time. I am very close to being out of warranty (147,000km) and I am tired of taking it in and having it come back in the same poor condition. I love the power, but these other issues make me reconsider what brand I will buy next.
As for the bearings, after set #3, the Ford dealer told me that there is a gap in the backing plates on the front that lets in water and allows the bearings to rust out. Their fix was silicone....

i would find a new dealer. you probly have a leak in the high pressure oil system or like you said the ficm is bad, but the ficm will almost always throw a code, the need to monitor icp and ficm voltages while cranking for the long time to see whats not there.
