Another engine temp question

For all you that have devices to read from the OBD-II port, howmuch hotter do you run in city? Currently I run 194-198 on highway at 70 mph, outside air temp 72*, AC -off. When I go to residential streets near house temps rise to 207*. No hard acceleration, just typical residential stop signs, and 25-30 mph speed. Does that seem right?

Oil cooler has been changed by dealer, EGR tested (passed) and plugged, heads tested and passed.

Thanks

Doug

What sensor are you monitoring to get those temps?

I average with 13K in tow.

Between 188 - 193F on the coolant sensor.

I haven't had a chance to monitor a heavy climb since the purchase of my ScanGauge II but will a week after Labor day when we head up north.
