You could, but I don't think it will erase the code. I had the 0487 code then the white smoke. According to the Ford techs my 06 shouldn't have even had the equipment to throw that code.

It's been a while and I can't remember the specifics but I believe it ended up being an exhaust backpressure sensor or something like that. The tech was really cool about the problem and warrantied the work, he also said to lose the Bullydog system. I can't report on any further issues since I traded the Ford in for a Chevy when I picked the PSD up at the shop after the repairs.

I have the PMT - use it for monitoring mainly and have it set for lowest tunes (Tow). I find the engine runs smoother and the only problem is that the P0401 EGR Flow Code is thrown (as expected with the EGR Fix I did). If they could modify the program so that this code is not thrown it would be perfect for me. I love the guage.

Well this was last year, and I didnt run the banks very long, not saying I didnt like it, but I bought a SCT with tunes by Eric, And fell in love with it. Sold the Banks system.

SCT SO MUCH BETTER!!!!!!!
