Clunk or bump when starting from a stop, TSB -4-26-6
Just saw this TSB and think it may apply to my truck. After about 35k miles I have noticed a clunk when leaving from a stop. Ford tech said it was normal driveline lash. Anyone else have this happen? TSB instructs dropping the rear shaft and lubing the slip yoke with Motorcraft PTFE Lubricant. Seems pretty easy to do in driveway, will do and report back on results.
