Coolant Spray

Recently after after pulling someone out of a canal I noticed Coolant Spray all over the engine compartment. I have not seen anything or smelled any coolant leaking after that. Is this normal? I turned on the 6.0 pretty hard, but it was only for a short time. I have no DTC's or any other issues? Anyone else experienced anything like this?

I just put this info on another thread.. I had the same problem when towing in West TX.. I was told by someone to drop my over flow bottle level a little.. now I run it about 1 inch low and have not had any issues since... Good luck..
