Coolant temp what is too high?

Looking to set limits on my H&s Mini max tunner was wondering what a good top number would be for the coolant. In other words what temp does the danger zone start so i can set it below that.

The PCM will defuel from stock fuel levels at 253 degrees F. So set your Defuel on minimax below that

2001 Ford F250 4x4 CrewCab 7.3 Automatic, 4 inch MBRP exhaust, Diablosport Predator, Edge evolution (monitor only), Cold Air intake,

The 253 *F number is the oil temp defuel point.

The coolant defuel point is 221 *F.

My MiniMax defuel is set at 220, vs. the PCM's 221.
