All thats cool but

I have built alot of big trucks over the years and have run across this many times. Your drag link from your pitman arm must be on the same angle as your track bar ( the bar connecting the axle to the frame) this is imperitive!.
An you must have the caster angle:...........LH...................RH.......... ...... ......Total/Split

Camber 0.62 +/-0.75.... 0.62 +/- 0.75........0.0 +/- 0.75

Caster 3.8 +/- 1.2........3.8 +/- 1.2...........0.0 +/- 0.75

Toe .................................................. ..0.1 +/- 0.25

Big tires require more - caster than stock I have found 4 3/4- 5 degrees to be sufficient. Providing all your ball joints and front end components are in good working order.

oh yea

One more thing and its pretty simple remove your shocks and check the hydro dampening push in the shock and pull it down when you push it in there should be alot of resistance if not change em.

Found my trac bar to be loose, tightned up and no death wobble now. Still a little bit of vibration around 50mph in a curve, but nothing else. Probably needs tightend up a lil more. plus a F.E.A.

My 05 had the wobble. The dealer tried its best to fix it but I ended up trading . My buddy has an 05 with 100,000 miles on it & has never had this problem. This tells me its fixable. Replacing the tires seemed to help more than anything. Do you have a buddy that would let you use his front tires for a test?
