Difference between '06 and '07 6.0 Trucks

I'm considering buying a used '06 or '07 6.0l truck. I found one nice example of each. The '07 has a few less miles.
We have a '06 truck at work that has been very good to us thus far....
Were there any notable changes to the drivetrain in '07? I would have expected some improvements....

Your info and opinions are appreciated.

As far as I know the only real deference is the turbo. On the 07 they put a groove in the turbo to combat the sticky vane issues they had with previous models. My Dad's 06 runs great....and we have never had a turbo problem..... I think either would be good.

Our '06 has been trouble free, and has hard miles... Light trailer loads are 15,000lbs, heavy 20k.
Only issue is that she's needing you to hold the key on the starter longer before it'll light off.... 65,000 miles...

They do have larger head bolts and a better turbo oil return.

Good info. I figured they'd keep updating it until the end...

Hmm... I dont think the 07 had larger bolts, at least for the shaft part. The heads were slightly different... had larger dowel pins that help align the head to the block. The oil drain tube is improved for the 07 as well.

Job 2 06's also got the commonized heads the 07's have. Suspensions are the same from 05 on up as far as I know.

How do you know what "job" truck you have? I have an 06, I'm assuming it is based on build date?

They absolutely do not have larger head bolts. The head bolts were unchanged.
