Driving weird.

Ok well this is my first diesel i'v owned and i hate to say it but i kinda regret gettin rid of my chevy 1500 at this point haha but really for some reason when im in 1st or going about 55 to 60 it kinda seems like it loses power for a split second then gains back then loses ect. till i get going faster. it gets really annoying and i have no idea about diesels so idk what it could be.

Sounds like the VGT (turbo) is sticking causing surging. Need to flog the truck now and then (only after fully warm though) to reduce carbon buildup and keep the VGT from sticking.
