EGR cooler delete + new oil cooler= no boost

Truck started fine, seemed to run OK. Took it out for a spin and no boost. The pipes coming and going from the turbo to the intercooler aren't warm as they normally are. I rechecked all sensor plugs are connected. What could be causing no boost, it worked fine before I started this project?
