PM was sent after my post a couple days ago, haven't had a response.

If anyone else has the updated part numbers for everything required, feel free to post. Obvious items like the oil cooler are easy to find, what's most important are the misc. gaskets/seals, etc., that also need replacing along the way.

With regards to the oil cooler, I've seen complete coolers and "rebuild kits". I wouldn't mind feedback on these, as far as if one is preferable over the other.

I'm also curious why the basic EGR "delete" kits are going for so much (I've seen them as high as $500+), when there's not much to them. I'm half tempted to have mine "buttoned up" by a welding shop (I can weld aluminum, never messed with stainless).

Hopefully my schedule will allow me to start taking things apart in the next day or so. LOL, had to use my tractor to drag my truck into my shop. Used the bucket to pick up the back end (via the hitch), it was all the hydraulics could do. I'm also about half tempted to build a U-shaped "stage" around the front of the truck, to eliminate getting up and down off of a ladder or bucket.

*sigh*, this should be a lot of fun....
