Google youtube videos on EGR deletes for the 6.0L powerstroke. You can see how easy (hehehehe) it is. I just changed my EGR cooler with a sinister cooler but I also changed the oil cooler, added a coolant filter, cleaned polished and greased the turbo, newglow plug harness, boiled the intake manifold and cleaned the EGR valve. The FICM is at Ed's now to be repaired as it would not crank cold. You had to plug it in to crank it.
