My truck with 73000 is very hard starting at cold temps, but runs fine after warmup. I suspect the EGR valve as this happened also in my '04. Suggestions? You wont have a deductible either because it falls under the emissions warranty. Most everything that could cause a hard start would be covered under warranty so take it in to the local dealer and have them check it out...
