FORD 6.0 Diesel will not start??? Anyone Help - Diesel Forum

I have a 2003 6.0 Liter. The other day i got in it ann tried to start it up. The starter was dragging like the batterys were low. So i plugged it in and let it charge all day Saturday and Saturday night. I got in it Sunday and it was doing the same thing. So i took the batterys out and had them tested. They were perfect. So i took the starter off and had it tested, it was also perfect. I am at a loss for words here.. Can anyone help?

I have had starters and alternators bench test good but they weren't. Three weeks ago Autozone tested my batteries and said they were good. One week later the truck was dead. Replaced both batteries and truck is good now.

That is what i am starting to think. The starter is turning the motor over just not fast enough to actually start. I was thinking of getting a new starter and putting it on just to try it, or is there some way to test to ensure i am getting the correct amp/voltage to the starter?
