I would not run it through an HEUI injector.. I know this used to be the practice years ago but HEUI injectors have too tight of tolerances to stand having detergents and things run through them that will reduce the already marginal lubricity of our fuels. Besides, diesel fuel is something of a solvent itself (I have used it to cut tar). If the truck has been properly maintained and you are using a good quality fuel, there should be no need to run any kind of cleaner through an injector.
