fuel line clips
My '04 crew cab had an issue with the fuel level sending unit and while I was working on it I damaged the clips that are on the ends of the quick-release lines. These are not the same as the older style clips. I found out the hard way. These are actually really easy to work with just by pushing on them. I tried to pull them out instead and they broke. The line is not damaged just the clip. Does anybody know if these are available from ford or do I have the buy the entire line to hfcm? This just happened tonight so I have not talked to the dealer yet. I will be with my truck until this is fixed.
